
Contact the office and schedule a date to photograph (usually on
the weekend). Allow yourselves about 4 weeks to schedule families and to
sell coupons. Remit $500 to the office 7 working days before the
photography date. The $500 will be refunded if the organization
photographs 100 families.
Provide a location at least 20' x 30' with an 8' ceiling with
electrical outlets and two banquet tables for both photo and sells
sessions. And a coordinator to work with the photographer at both
sessions.
Announce to the church that group shots of the Sunday school
classes will be taken the weekend of the scheduled shoot and any other
candid shots like the front of the church, deacons, pastor, choir etc.
